Payments & Insurance
We Are a Cash-Pay Clinic
Core Men’s Health operates as a direct-pay (cash-pay) medical clinic. We do not accept or bill insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, or private health insurance plans.
This model allows us to:
• Spend more time with patients
• Avoid insurance-driven limitations
• Provide transparent, upfront pricing
• Focus on personalized care rather than billing codes
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• ACH / Bank Draft (for memberships and recurring services)
• HSA / FSA Cards (where eligible)
• Cash
• Checks
HSA / FSA Cards
Although we do not accept insurance, HSA and FSA cards may be used for eligible services.
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are patient-owned funds and are not considered insurance. Many of our services — including consultations and lab work — are commonly eligible.
Please note:
• Eligibility is determined by your HSA/FSA administrator
• Patients are responsible for confirming appropriate use of their funds
• We cannot guarantee HSA/FSA eligibility for all services
Insurance Questions
We do not submit claims, provide insurance billing, or participate in any insurance networks.
If you choose to use insurance elsewhere, we’re happy to coordinate care clinically, but all services provided by Core Men’s Health are self-pay only.
Transparent, Upfront Pricing
You’ll always know the cost of services before moving forward. There are:
• No surprise bills
• No claims
• No waiting on insurance approvals
If you have questions about payments, memberships, or accepted methods, our team is happy to help.
